Telly4Africa is a television broadcasting Group licensed by National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) in 2014. To broadcast free to air in the territory of Nigeria as a digital terrestrial television. Telly4Africa operates three television channels namely

  • AwaTV is a digital terrestrial free view transmitted pan Nigeria.
  • ENTERTAINMENT STARS Television (E-stars TV)
  • Startimes Yoruba (ST YORUBA) These are premium channels on StarTimes television platform and are transmitted in sub-Sahara Africa

AwaTV is a National free view entertainment channel targeted at Contemporary women, young adults and kids. Its broadcast Nationwide on National Digital terrestrial platform.

E- Stars is a premium Nollywood movie, drama, sitcom channel and sundry. Transmitted on NTA Star Platform and it’s also shown on channel 190 on StarTimes platforms.

ST. Yoruba is an entertainment Yoruba Linguistic movie channel, shown on channel 412, commissioned by StarTimes targeted at contemporary Nigerians; mainly young adults, male and female with spices of very strong family entertainments contents. ST Yoruba and E – Stars extends to Sub-Sahara Africa.

Organisational Structure

THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (C.E.O)

This is the overall boss of TELLY4AFRICA. He is responsible to the Board of Director (B.O.D). He oversees the day to day operations of the company and all the departments in the organization which includes the Administrative, Human Resource, Programmes, News and Current affairs, Finance, Engineering and Marketing departments.

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

This is the head of the administrative office of Telly4Africa. He/she is in charge of all administrative operational matters, staff’s roaster and the responsibility of this department is to monitor the day to day movement of staffs, their wellbeing, and welfare to ensure that there is smooth flow of duties. He keeps database and does general administration duties.

HUMAN RESOURCE AND TRAINING

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource plans and programs of Telly4Africa are realized.

PROGRAMMES MANAGER

The Programmes manager is the head of the programmes department of Telly4Africa. This department is headed by a director of programmes service, he oversees the various units under this department on behalf of the director of programmes service. He is in charge of Drama and entertainment unit, features and documentary unit, women and children unit and the technical public directing affairs.
